Bob is the lead field professional for feasibility studies and due diligence. With a strong acquisition and operation background, Bob applies his experience and expertise to every project. Bob is also responsible for the Coast to Coast storage and Eagle Parcel Center joint venture to bring Self-Storage owners a “turnkey” Pack and Ship operation within their Self-Storage store. |

Bob serves as the Director of Business Development and is primarily responsible for the implementation of services as it relates to profit centers for Coast-2-Coast clients. Bob has a true consultative background having worked with companies such as XPS, Deloitte & Touche and Exxon in the capacity of sales, marketing and operations improvement that affect the bottom line. He has 15 combined years of experience in self-storage and professional services. |

Peggy brings twelve years of experience as a previous District Manager for Sovran LLC. and Metro Storage LLC. She was involved in all aspects of self-storage operations, including site selection, acquisitions, day to day operations and new site startup. She brings experience in use of Centershift, Space Control, Winsen, Quik Stor and other management software.

Lorraine is also a licensed Florida Real Estate Agent and is responsible for Coast-To-Coast Realty Advisor transactions. |
