RK KLIEBENSTEIN

RK Kliebenstein is a Self-Storage industry pioneer. He is an internationally renowned author and speaker with extensive experience in all aspects of financing, developing, acquiring, and managing Self-Storage properties. BRUCE JORDAN

Bruce Jordan is the founder and principal of Jordan Architects, Inc. Established in 1981, Jordan Architects is a full service design firm specializing in Self-Storage projects. The company has designed hundreds of Self-Storage facilities throughout the United States and abroad, and earned the reputation of being preeminent in the industry.

Bruce has won several awards for his designs including the "2003 Facility Of The Year", "2001 New Facility Of The Year", and the "1999 Facility Of The Year". He has been at the forefront of many design innovations for Self-Storage including site design, aesthetics, zoning trends, and operational enhancements. He is particularly skilled at government entitlement work and is widely recognized as an expert in project entitlements and government approvals. In addition to Self-Storage, Bruce's work spans across several real estate product types including custom homes, office buildings, luxury resorts, entertainment centers, institutional housing and daycare, and commercial and retail centers. Bruce is a featured speaker at industry events and an active member of the National Self-Storage Association.

RAY TUOHY

Ray Touhy is the Co-Founder of TNT Self-Storage Management. The company specializes in all areas of Self-Storage development, acquisitions, and operations, and is highly regarded as the preeminent property management company in the industry. Since its inception in 1998, TNT has been one of the fastest growing companies in the Self-Storage space, and is now ranked as one of the Top 15 Self-Storage operators in the United States*.

From 1985 to 1997, Ray served as Vice President of Operations for Instorage Self-Storage. Ray was involved in all phases of site acquisition, development, and construction, as well as the day-to-day operations for several large selfstorage facilities. During his tenure, Ray managed a total staff of over 80 on-site managers and several corporate employees. In 1997, Instorage was sold to Storage USA (now owned by General Electric). Portfolio square footage under management at time of sale was 1.75 million square feet (13,000 units). Ray has been active in the National Self-Storage Association, Western Region of the Self-Storage Association, and is a founding member of the Storage Operators Network of Southern California.
